Changchai Company Limited is a national industrial enterprise with a history of more than 100 years. We are one of the earliest professional manufacturers of internal combustion engines in China, and the first listed company in the national agricultural machinery industry and Changzhou City, currently owning both A shares and B shares, with an annual production capacity of 700,000 diesel engines, more than 60,000 tons of castings and 200,000 gasoline engines. So far, we have produced more than 30 million diesel engines, and have exported to more than 80 countries and regions.
Changchai mainly produces small and medium-power diesel engines with a power range of 3-128 kilowatts and more than 1,000 varieties. Our products are widely used in pickup trucks, light trucks, low-speed trucks, tractors, harvesters, gardening machinery, plant protection machinery, high-speed rice transplanters, generator sets, construction machinery, cold chain and ships and other fields.
Changchai has a state-level enterprise technology center, a post-doctoral research station, and an engineering technology research center for small and medium-power internal combustion engines in Jiangsu Province. We have adopted advanced technology routes such as high-pressure common rail approved by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China, and successfully launched non-road China IV diesel engines in the industry, forming a multi-series and multi-variety models. The application of new technology makes Changchai products have higher reliability and economy. At the same time, Changchai has a number of single-cylinder and multi-cylinder engines in the field of non-road machinery that have passed the Euro V emission certification, and have obtained the green pass to enter the European and American markets, and have competitiveness in the international market. So far, Changchai has accumulated 66 products that have obtained provincial and municipal high-tech product certificates, and has 156 valid patents authorized at home and abroad, including 17 invention patents.
Our company has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and IATF6949 automotive product quality management system certification. Changchai has been selected into the list of "China's Top 500 Machinery" for many years.
Changchai has advanced domestic internal combustion engine manufacturing equipment and technology, and has successively introduced advanced casting, processing, assembly and internal combustion engine testing equipment from the United States, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Austria and other countries. The application of advanced modern and intelligent equipment not only improves the manufacturing level of Changchai equipment, but also effectively leads and promotes the technological development of agricultural machinery industry.
Changchai has built a nationwide sales and service network in China, with 5 sales business units, 25 sales and service centers, and more than 700 specially invited maintenance stations. Jiangsu Changchai Machinery Co., Ltd.Jiangsu Changchai Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in March 2019. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by the integration and relocation of Changchai's foundry and single-cylinder machine factory, with a registered capital of CNY 5300 million and a construction investment of CNY 530 million. The company is located in the Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park of Changzhou High-tech Zone, covering an area of 133,334m2 and a building area of 90,000m2. It has a sound production system and complete production equipment. System, sand core storage vertical warehouse, casting intermediate storage warehouse, water-based paint coating line, cleaning machine line, 5G network system equipment, etc., creating an industry-class casting and light engine assembly workshop, which effectively reduces production labor intensity and greatly improves the degree of automation. The company has an annual production capacity of 500,000 light engines and 30,000 tons of iron castings.

Changchai holds 99% of the shares and Changchai Housheng Investment holds 1%. The company is located in Benniu Town, Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of more than 80,000m2, with a construction area of more than 30,000m2, and currently has 420 employees, including more than 10 senior and intermediate technicians of various types. The company has introduced international advanced foundry equipment from the United States, Japan and other countries. At present, the factory has more than 20 sets of various foundry equipment and 314 metal cutting machine tools. The company mainly produces various types of diesel engine blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, gear chamber covers, balance shafts and other parts for diesel engine manufacturing enterprises, and also produces various castings such as clamp bodies, brackets and valve plates for foreign enterprises.

Changzhou Fuji Changchai Robin Gasoline Engine Co., Ltd.Changzhou Fuji Changchai Robin Gasoline Engine Co., Ltd. was established in 1999. It was originally jointly funded by Japan's Fuji Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. and Changchai Company Limited, with a registered capital of CNY 37.25 million. In 2016, Changchai acquired the shares held by Fuji Heavy Industries and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changchai. The company is located in Xinbei District, Changzhou City. It has all introduced the products, technical standards and enterprise management mode of Fuji Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. of Japan. The EY, EH and other series of general-purpose small four-stroke gasoline engines produced have the characteristics of light weight, high power, low noise and low pollution. It is widely used in a variety of agricultural machinery, water pump units, generator units, small construction machinery, road maintenance machinery, plant protection machinery, garden (art) machinery, etc. It can meet the needs of China's domestic and international markets and is an ideal supporting power for various terminal products.

Changchai Wanzhou Diesel Engine Co., Ltd.Changchai Wanzhou Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture with the former Chongqing Three Gorges Diesel Engine Factory in September 1996 in response to the call of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to "support the Three Gorges Reservoir Area". In June 2002, the equity held by the Three Gorges Diesel Engine Factory was fully transferred to Chongqing Wanzhou District Asset Management Company, with a registered capital of CNY 85 million, with Changchai holding 60% and Chongqing Wanzhou District Asset Management Company holding 40%. The company is located in Wanzhou District, Chongqing. It adopts Changchai's advanced management system and technical quality standards, is equipped with domestic advanced assembly and commissioning production lines, and produces and operates "Changchai" brand diesel engines and their supporting parts and supporting units.
